Something broke?

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it involves a course, attach the course file (in the editor: Course → Export JSON) — the same course and seed reproduce the same race, so we can see exactly what you saw. Mention your browser and whether you were signed in.

Billing

You can manage or cancel a Pro subscription yourself from Account → Manage billing in the editor. For anything that does not fit there, email us with the address you signed up with.

Rights complaints

If you believe material available through Nastan infringes your copyright or another right, email the same address with: the protected work, the exact Nastan item or account involved, why you believe it is unlawful, your contact details, and a good-faith confirmation that your notice is accurate and complete. See section 8 of the terms for how we handle it.

Your data

Export or delete everything we hold about you from the Account dialog in the editor. Our privacy page lists what that is.
